JOELLE MERSCHMAN

Is a faith-driven entrepreneur, leadership mentor, and the visionary founder behind Faith First Leadership and The Christian Executive™. With a degree in Bio-Pharmaceutics and minors in Chemistry and Microbiology, Joelle initially set out to pursue a career in pharmaceutical research, passionate about discovering cures and helping others through science. But as she advanced down the path she had carefully planned, God gently redirected her steps toward something greater.

What began as a humble side hustle—cleaning new construction homes —evolved into a calling she couldn’t ignore. Wrestling with doubts and questioning why she pursued a degree she wasn’t using, Joelle finally laid it all at God’s feet and said, “Lord, if this is what You want for me, then this has to be Your company, Your way, and Your will.” That moment of surrender sparked a faith-fueled journey that would shape her legacy.

Over the next 25 years, Joelle built and sold multiple six-figure businesses—including residential cleaning companies and a faith-based leadership coaching firm—all without formal business training. Along the way, she discovered that God doesn’t require credentials, just obedience. Her story is proof that when you let God be CEO, He’ll take you places you never imagined.

Today, Joelle mentors Christian entrepreneurs around the world, helping them lead with conviction, steward with excellence, and build God-honoring businesses. As a Christian executive, I’ve spent years navigating my never ending to do lists, schedules, growing and building businesses, and at the same time mentoring and leading teams—with one non-negotiable: God comes first. Every decision I’ve made in leadership has been rooted in prayer, scripture, and spiritual alignment.
